  Bad customer service...rude staff and their policy of not giving refunds seriously needs looking into!!!! I hate this shop....there is so much merchandise crammed into the shop you can hardly move around the place...and their prices are to be laughed at.....too expensive....

  Very rude staff, at least the one I met today ,disgusting behaviour .Just because I was paying with credit card the girl gave me hard time ,she made me feel a thief of my own money ,I left all the shoes at the desk and just wanted to go somewhere else in order to be respected for who you are ,people that work hard .
