Whilst on holiday in Scotland I had repairs done by a Kwik Fit store who promised I could take it to any branch if there were any issues following the new parts. A week later I went to the Sutton Kwik fit store and they just kept telling me to take it back to the original branch. No point being a chain and making promises if you can’t hold to them!
