CHEAM BRANCH - First member of staff serving me was very friendly and service was good. However, when it came to using the toilet I asked what the code was at the counter & received abrupt reply from Marisa 'It's on the receipt'. I'd been in Costa for an hour at this point, so I've not just walk into the coffee shop. Rummaging down your bag to find a receipt when you're in need of the toilet is not good customer service. Another customer alerted me of the number in the end.
